Phnom Penh, 12 July 2024: At least 150 big bikes from across Cambodia are expected to gather in Siem Reap for the Big Bike Elite Night, an event aimed at revitalizing tourism in the province.

The Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with the Siem Reap provincial administration and the Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA), will jointly organize the event on July 13.

Kuch Panhasa, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Tourism, will preside over the official opening of the event.

Thim Sereyvuth, Acting Director of the Siem Reap Provincial Department of Tourism, told AKP that the Big Bike Elite Night event primarily targets domestic tourists. He added that Siem Reap is a focal point for government-organized events and activities to attract more visitors. The “Visit Siem Reap 2024” strategy has been introduced to support this goal.
